Read Data Internal subroutine.

DESCRIPTION :

Contains subroutine to read data for estimation. User must add his own subroutines in adequation with the input file structure then add the call in readData. More generally, this is the location for all in and out user's personnal subroutines.

CAUTION : Must "certainly/maybe" be modified when the model changes

Read PK file with 4 column (identifier, time, PK measurment and drug dose intake) One line by observation. -99 closes the file and stands for unobserved data.
